Ten nights of processions honouring the Sacred Tooth Relic: five Kumbal Perahera nights, then five grander Randoli Perahera nights, with the golden casket borne by the Maligawa tusker among dancers, drummers and whip-crackers. 2026: Kumbal 18 to 22 August, Randoli 23 to 27 August.
